1. Automated scan
We scan the site with our platform to spot hotspots: contrast, missing roles, unlabelled controls. It's the fastest way to start, but every finding is confirmed manually.

2. Manual review
We check structure and content: headings in order, meaningful alternative text, forms with proper labels and understandable error messages, not colour alone.

3. Keyboard and screen reader
Everything clickable must be reachable with Tab and operable with Enter or Space. Then we test with a screen reader: links, buttons, and alerts must still make sense out of context.

4. Contrast and mobile
We check text and controls stay readable, zoom doesn't break the layout, tap targets are large enough, and nothing important is hidden under overlapping elements.

5. Report, statement, and fixes
We deliver a report summarising checks and outcomes, the accessibility statement for your site, and, if you need it, code fixes.
