Accessibility statement

This statement applies to the website https://axessibly.com (the «Site»), operated by Axessibly (VAT IT05749290283), with registered office at Via Catullo 35, 35036 Montegrotto Terme (PD), Italy. It was prepared on 22 June 2026 following checks carried out on all published pages and on recurring templates (header, footer, modals, widget), in line with Italian legislation implementing the European Accessibility Act (in particular Legislative Decree no. 82 of 10 August 2022) with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

Conformance status

The Site is fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA as of the date of this statement. Testing included automated checks, manual review of semantic structure and content, keyboard-only navigation, screen reader testing, contrast verification, and checks on mobile devices, consistent with the applicable level A and AA success criteria in the Site’s context.

Scope of the evaluation (pages and features tested)

The full published information and interaction path of the Site was assessed as of the statement date, including in particular:

  • Homepage
  • Services section
  • Accessibility audit page
  • Portfolio index and all published case study pages
  • About
  • Contact, including the form and the confirmation page after submission
  • Full Platform section: overview, features, pricing, and FAQ (external documentation at doc.axessibly.com linked from the menu)
  • Privacy and Terms and conditions
  • This accessibility statement

Recurring components appearing across multiple pages were also considered (main navigation, language selector, theme, footer, any modals, and the third-party accessibility widget).

Evaluation method

The evaluation followed an approach aligned with the WCAG-EM methodology (Website Accessibility Conformance Evaluation Methodology), combining:

  • Automated scanning and checks using browser developer tools and accessibility validation extensions
  • Manual review of headings, landmarks, form labels, alternative text, and focus management
  • Testing of navigation and operation without a pointing device, using the keyboard only
  • Review with a desktop screen reader
  • Contrast checks for text and user interface components
  • Checks at reduced viewport sizes and with browser zoom for responsive layouts

As of the statement date, the Site does not offer downloadable PDF documents that required a separate PDF conformance assessment. Any multimedia present was evaluated within the limits of the published content.

Technologies used to publish the Site

The Site is built with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, the React and Next.js frameworks, with dynamic content and integration of third-party services as actually deployed (hosting, headless CMS where applicable, accessibility widget). WAI-ARIA is used where appropriate in line with W3C guidance.

Test environment and compatibility

Testing was performed on recent combinations of widely used operating systems and browsers (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and on mobile devices with native browsers. Accessibility may vary with very old assistive technologies or non-standard configurations; if you experience barriers in such environments, please use the contact details below.

Limitations, exceptions, non-conformance

As of the date of this statement, no non-conformities were identified against WCAG 2.1 level AA within the evaluation scope described above. Future content or software changes may be subject to periodic review to maintain this level.
